Returns, warranty and repairs

- NicePrice.AE has a "Buyer Friend Policy” which will make sure buyer’s are protected against fake, faulty, not as described items. 

* Personal care Items such as garments and grooming products, consumables cannot be refunded if opened.

* Vacuum cleaners can not be returned if opened

Shipping fees for returned Items :

- If an item is not as described, faulty or fake 

- If the buyer claimed Within the 7 Days of the date of delivery 

-NicePrice.AE pays the Delivery and Return Shipment Fees

-In case the submitted return request by customer is not approved by NicePrice.AE and the customer rejected to receive back the unit, NicePrice.AE has the right after 60 days from customer’s rejection date to dispose the item without a refund


If the buyer claimed after the 7 Days of the date of delivery ( *Only if returned approved )

-Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees

-Buyer Pays the Return Shipment Fees

Return item due to Buyer's Fault (* Item in the original state & condition, re-sellable when purchased and received.) 

If the buyer claimed within the 7 Days of the date of delivery.

-Buyer pays Customs Duty, VAT fees (if applicable)

-Buyer Pays the Return Shipment Fees

If the buyer claimed after the 7 Days of the date of delivery (* Only if returned approved )

-Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees

-Buyer pays Customs Duty, VAT fees

-Buyer Pays the Return Shipment Fees to supplier
